Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We will process and pack your order the same day and despatch the following business day. We offer express shipping with next day delivery in all Australian Capital cities through Australia Post, and standard domestic deliveries are made through Couriers Please with an expected delivery of 2-5 business days.

Domestic

The Australian delivery network is currently experiencing high volumes of parcels through their network. At the moment please allow 5 business days after their quoted delivery date.

If you are based in Victoria and your parcel has not had a scan on it, please note that since Stage 4 restrictions have come into effect that there are further delays and Australia Post and Couriers Please are working tirelessly on getting your parcel to you. 

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, however, we do offer exchanges on items providing they are still in brand new condition.

Q: Do your prices include taxes?

A: All prices on Jamie, My Love are in Australian dollars and include Australian GST. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
